Are these hard to install?? I got my G2 in the mail today and really stumped.

All AK FCG's are hard to install the first time. I cussed for over an hour the first time I did it. If you have a few dollars you can buy a part that replaces the sheperds hook. Thats the little wire piece that holds the FCG pins in. Red Star Arms sells a part that replaces the FCG. Check it out. If you were near me I would do it for you. Good Luck !

This part replaces the little wire thing called the shephards hook. It keeps the trigger and hammer pins from walking out. It makes installation a ton easier. But the link I provided includes instructions on how to install using both parts. |
