One we're definitely going to need tacked will be about NFA issues. 922(r) might also be included. Perhaps whoever starts it could simply label it "NFA/922(r) info to SBR, AOW AK Pistols". Nothing I own is NFA, so I'm not going to start it - but someone needs to. Draco NFA may be slightly different than other AK Pistols due to them being complete when imported as a pistol. I'm not certain, but I remember seeing something about the forms and how to record manufacturer information. Again, I don't know for sure - but it would be helpful for everyone to get this right the first time. I'm open to suggestions on everything above, I just ask that we start it off with accuracy and consider the Draco's unique situation vs. AK pistols in general. |

As mentioned by Hedonist, it would be great if a member could sticky the Form 1 info submitted to successfully SBR a Draco... which seems to be the most common rendition of AK pistol to make the jump to SBR in this forum.
It may also make sense to start a 'Common AK Pistol Mods' thread for the sling attachment options, barrel nut removal, furniture swaps and other commonly asked questions for sticky. |

I was going to work on a SBR thread once I get my parts in, just got my stamp back the other day.
What info does everyone want in that regard? I guess for now I can start a thread as a palce holder and get it tacked until I get my project parts in to prevent duplicates being done. |
