I bought this almost 20 years ago, described as Bulgarian krink with a 556 barrel that had been previously built. I know it is 556, here is what I can find with identifying marks and an album. Is that Bulgarian and what do you think market value is?

The barrel is pretty jacked up at the handguard retainer location. That's going to lower the value pretty significantly IMHO. At least it would for me.

It was built on a virgin Bulgarian parts kit, no serial stamped on the trunnion.  I haven’t kept up with values of parts kits

I have welded and re-cut the retainer, I've had to do that in the past. Dunno if it's bad for the barrel, but if you do it slow and let it cool and not get too hot it should be ok. That's how I did it in the past. Then sanded it down flush and recut the barrel with a circle file.

I also have not kept up with kit prices.

It's not the first time I've seen someone post an import barrel that appears to have two different cam pin channels at the handguard retainer.

Wonder why that is. Factory error? No clue.
