| A friend of mine has a Nornico SKS that he bought missing the gas tube. He bought a gas tube at a gun show, but it does not seem to fit. It will pop into place with some effort, but then the latch will not close. Are there different tubes for differnet makes of SKS? Where can he get one that will work on the Norinco? How much are they? |

Have him try to install the gas tube with the stock removed, they may be touching. Mine installed perfectly fine without the stock but when I added the stock it wouldn't fit. Also make sure that the piston is set correctly and locked into place before you attempt installing the gas tube (the latch should have the bottom bump in the slot and the top one above the sight) |
