Romy G kit, ewbanks receiver, and a g2 FCG. AS I cycle the bolt, half the time the disconnecter comes on top of the hammer lips and the trigger can't  release.

Need advice on what to look for to correct?

is the spring in there ?
sounds like you didnt install the disconnect spring

It cums on the lips?  

OK seriously.  The disconnector should catch the hammer.  That is what it is for. It should also release when the trigger moves back forward.  Is the trigger coming all the way back forward?  Are both of the main (hammer) spring legs resting on the trigger block?  Sometimes one leg or the other will get off to the side and does not help to return the trigger.

Thanks guys,

The trigger was not coming forward sometimes. Although it looked like I had removed enough receiver metal around the the trigger opening there was one small burr that it was hanging up on.
