Looking at getting back into SR highpower......What are your top three riflescopes for the game?

What price range? If were willing to spend the money, I would go for a March or Nightforce.

These two are my favorites. I use the Knight Force the most because it is on my primary upper, but I also like the Hi-Lux very much as well. I have not tried or handled an Athalon, but I have also handled the Leupold and March.

I use the eyepiece disc to reduce head position errors and reduce parallax errors.

If at all possible, go handle them on an upper and then decide. I know that isn't always possible for some folks, but getting to a XTC match ahead of time should be possible and there you should be able to examine several kinds.

In the expensive category, Nightforce Competition 4.5x24 with SR2 reticle

In the cheap category, Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24 with TMCQ (MOA) reticle.  No longer manufactured, but can still be found.
No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible.
