Anybody that's done any martial arts fight training or shooting training knows that your head and shoulders should be slightly forward of your knees, which should be bent very slightly. That is a fighting stance for any martial arts and combat shooting. Having a your shoulders and head slightly forward the bent knees makes you much more stable and harder to be pushed off balance. With this, your feet should be spread shoulder width or slightly further apart, your secondary foot forward slightly and your primary foot almost directly under and behind you to your outside. That is the most stable position, and your head will not be perfectly straight up and down, it will be forward a bit and tilted a little bit downward. |

This is for when you re firing at targets that aren't firing back. This is used to create bone to bone to bone contact. High Power shooting is another discipline that uses that stance. Combat shooting does not. |

Head up is fine if you are shooting a weapon that allows a tall stock comb height that can provide a cheek rest. Because the AR uses a charging handle and can’t accommodate a tall cheek rest your head has to move to meet it. You can’t shoot accurately with your mellon floating around in space like a bobble-head. And all that high-speed goes out the window when you dial in some magnification and have to search around trying to find the eye box. I’m sure upright tall mounted optics at 1x are super fast when you are shooting man-size targets at 5 yards though ETA: A chart is evidence, not proof |

Those shooting jackets are made to be tight in order to artificially support the shooting position. Some classes of competition don't allow it, but some do. |

Yes, on a COG mount on top of a .75 riser. A lot of people don't know how to set up their eye relief properly on their magnified optics nor shoot it effectively and consistently. You think you know everything and you may just know everything about slamming your cheeks onto the stock looking like magpul dynamics but you made yourself the fool when you came at me out of your depth in another thread retaining to high optic mounts. There is always something to be learnt if you're willing. |

You truly know jack shit about real world combat or shooting. You learned something and can't get past what you learned and think you are superior when in reality all your posts just show how immature and clueless you truly are. But keep living in your deluded world as Posted in the other thread, nothing you ever do will ever really matter to anyone and no one will ever really be put in danger from your delusion. |
