What are shots outside of the 7 ring but inside the black silhouette worth?

They were 0's for us.

ETA I see a scoring system where you count outside the 7 ring as the minimum for the target, so 2 or 3.

3,4 and 5. Take the total of the 50 rounds and times it by .4 to get your score.

Example
3 rounds in the black, 3x3=9
2 rounds in the 4, 2×4=8
45 rounds in the 5, 5×45=225
225+8+9=242
242×.4=96.8
