The Russians are now releasing information regarding their tactics online: Russian Combat formations | Tactical pair and trio | How to assault It looks quite a bit different than western tactics in that the Russians use a 3 man formation. Western armed forces use buddy pairs and fire teams of 4. Their room clearing tactics look pretty simple and brutally effective. Grenade first, then 2 men go in together with the front man hosing down everything at knee level. The video shows shows all the AK's with optics. A couple EOtech looking ones and a red dot. |
