So while I'd love to review their course, due issues beyond my and even their control that isn't happening. But it ended happily and I feel they deserve the public kudos. I signed up for Surgical Speed Shooting a couple months back. I read the book years ago and thought why not. Should be neat to see the ideas in person. Well unbeknownst to me and my friend it was cancelled. Nothing was sent out either. They didn't get enough folks to sign up. We showed up to the range about 45 mins early to find it locked. Which ok, no biggie. We wait. As time ticks, no one is showing up and the inevitable is becoming clear. I try calling one of the names and numbers listed on their site. At 9am on a Sunday. Steve returned my call within a few minutes of me leaving a voicemail. Super friendly, apologetic and explained why it may have happened. Started the refund as soon as we hung up. Later he called and extended and even further "make it right" offer. Which I wasn't even expecting or asked. I was more than ok with an apology and just getting my refund. So, even though I can't review their instructing or class. I can say if nothing else they are a stand up company who handles things very well. |
