If they're CCW classes I would check out a Kore essentials belt or Nexbelt and a kydex type IWB holster, ANR designs, Tenicore, etc... There's a ton out there and the websites

I'd compare measurements of your Shadow systems to some glock models to make sure it'll fit in the holster you get.
If you're planning on taking tactical type classes I'd recommend an OWB holster with some form of retention, (usually required), and NO Blackhawk! style holsters.

For pistol and rifle mag pouches I'd recommend Esstac.
I've been using these for years now and never had any issues during classes or matches.

I've found that the pistol pouches for me are better to mount multiple singles if I need more than one to the gap in between mags can be wide enough to get a good grip.
I tried Taco mag pouches in the past and they're fine if you are just drawing from them but reindexing the mag is a pain.
Make note of how wide your belt will be so you order the correct size belt clips.
To me padded slings end up being cumbersome and get caught up on things easier than non-padded.
Just yesterday I order a new Edgar Sherman sling, they are quite nice.
Also Flatline Fiber Co is good quality.
If you want a bit fatter material on the sling the Vickers Blue Force gear ones are good too.
Never heard of December Customs slings.

As to slings and pouches, etc., again check the school or instructor's website for recomendations and contact them if you're unsure about anything at all.
