This points to the fact that author "Oral IV" either originally registered using the email address "[email protected]" or that the userid itself was "[email protected]" and was later updated to "Oral IV"

So who is [email protected]? Off to Google!

As you can see in the very first result, [email protected] is Ken Murray's email address. He has used this email to register http://restoringresponsibility.org as seen in the details at http://wa-com.com/restoringresponsibility.org

http://restoringresponsibility.org redirects to http://sheepdogseminars.com/ which again shows Ken Murray.

I encourage people to read around on their own, but the short story is that Melanotan Peptides (aka Melanotan II), which "[email protected]" is offering for sale, have never been approved by any regulatory body for human use. Apparently the evidence is not solid on whether it reduces the chance of skin cancer, or increases it. It is a substance that people buy off the internet from untested sources and inject into their bodies for the purpose of tanning their skin. Seriously.

Google result #4 takes us back to Oral IV: where this journey started. No use looping back there again... and the rest of the Google results are unremarkable as well, save for the fact they further establish that justken2u is a userid commonly used by Ken Murray (as seen on Christine Maggiore's Memorial Wall, for example).

So I said we'd come back to Mr. Pincus...

In Mr. Pincus' blog post, "The Oral IV Controversy", he says that he was introduced to Oral IV by Ken Murray, which was part of his reason for believing in the product. He does not explicitly mention Mr. Murray having any stake in the company, but neither does he say that Mr. Murray is unaffiliated.

In his M4C post, Mr. Pincus further states that if Oral IV turns out to be a placebo, it means that "Ken Murray... myself and many, many others may have been fooled." I still don't know what that means for Mr. Murray's involvement though. Has he been "fooled" into using it? Or was he "fooled" into getting involved with the company?

I do not have enough evidence to suggest that Ken Murray is directly involved with Oral IV, but I find it extremely curious that his email address was used to set up the Oral IV blog account.

In my eyes, this also casts further doubt on Mr. Pincus' repeated assertions that he has no dogs in this fight (even setting aside his commercial sale of the product... yes I know he later agreed to donate to charity... yadda yadda yadda).

*I will no longer dignify Mr. Beck's degree in "Naturopathy" by calling him "Doctor."

Hahaha, nice! I can tell you've found a lot of the same things I did. I didn't bother looking further into the Electrolife Sport patent, mostly because it rather obviously was essentially the same talking points. Of course, Beck basically denied any connection at all. Weasel that he is.
As for screen grabs... Holy hell. I have dozens upon dozens of their ongoing revisionism. Maybe we should sit down and compare notes?

As for Ken Murray... Murray is the vice president and director of Hydration Solutions Inc.
Oh and of course, Murray is also affiliated with... Grossman. This is like the Happy Pirate Club of Spurious Bullshit...
