The NRA Golden Eagles do a lot to promote youth shooting sports and youth hunter education, in addition to the defense of the 2nd Amendment. When you think about it. Presidential terms come around faster and faster. Today's youth are tomorrow's voters. Better to provide a way to introduce them to the shooting sports now, then to allow public education to continue to fill their minds with "guns are bad."
