I watched the video.

I am not convinced anyone will be able to tell if the people pounding on their car or attempting to break their windows do not intend to kill you.

His advise is great when you are sitting in your house watching his video, but once out in a riot or a mob situation surrounding your car you are not going to be thinking the way he is instructing you.

I'm late to the party but if someone is pounding hard on the windows of my vehicle it seems reasonable to believe they are trying to get in. From what I have seen, when bunch of people are trying to get to someone locked in a vehicle it is to hurt and injure them badly. Protecting myself and family by any means at my disposal from this type of thing seems very reasonable
