Could you use a gas gun in 6.5 for those cool precision rifle matched where they have 5000 dollar bolt guns and 3000 scopes?

I know it would be a disadvantage on 1400 yards and such (amd even adisadvantage  overall) but is it allowed and would it do okay enough not to get laughed off the range?

I have no desire for one of them bolt guns- but I want to do those types of matches.

Thanks.

No you can’t and would not want to run a Grendel AR in a PRS bolt rifle match. Are you drunk? Lol.

You can however compete in the “Gas Gun” series, Open Division. Targets out to 800 yards.
