What velocity are you guys running out of your AR's for 3-Gun competitions? What do the pros run and prefer?
I'm looking to experiment with reloads that delivers the least amount of recoil with best accuracy out to 300 yards at the moment.
I'm running a custom bushmaster 16" carbine and hornady 55 grain fmj's.

Not really 3-gun master here - but if you're talking 300 yards, pretty much standard power sounds like the way to go. If it's that <50 bay shooting, then sure, tweak it to be milder if you want.

Hmm... I thought I'd have a few responses by now? No one shoots three gun, knows the pros setups or knows what fps is coming out of their loads?
