My skim:
- Short mags allowed for SR.
- A1, A2,  and "similarly shaped" symmetrical non-thumb rest grips allowed.
- E-target's rapid fire timer determines whether a shot is late and scored as a miss.
- New Vintage Sniper Team match category for rifles manufactured between 1954 and 1976.
