I haven't looked through it all, but the big points so far: - expansion on E-targets "Service Rifle" specific: - Ambi safeties, mag releases, and charging handles, still with no receiver modifications - no handguard Picatinny requirement. They did not fix where it says service rifles must have a picatinney rail feature at mispec height.
