This gives you and idea of what the trajectory is doing since you can really see the actual bullet. Ammo is 147g tracer surplus, the shooter is my buddy NoHair here on the board....I was totally surprised on how consistent those rounds were as two shots back to back isn't bad at 1000y

It's a Savage 10FCP-LE or something like that, it's the Mcmillan stock model, AAC suppressor and the barrel what chopped and threaded at 21.75". His scope is a Nightforce 5.5x22x50 MLR reticle with Mil turrets. We were shooting 147g surplus tracers only to see and visually observe the trajectory.
My rifle is a remington 700P with a Leupold 8.5x25x50 LR/T scope, but since then I sold it and got the same scope as above. BTW- the rifle that the camera is on is not doing the shooting...I get that question a lot. |
