| I was hunting last weekend with my .308 Ruger American with 150gr Norma factory Whitetail. When I went to unload the round, the bolt didnt want to open all the way. I gave it a tug, and the unfired casing ejected, but the bullet stayed in the chamber. I got a rod and punched it out. There were no obstructions and the rest of the weekend it worked fine and I even shot it on the range and later killed a buck. The bullet that came out seemed fine, but there were no marks on it from a crimp. Any ideas what happened? |
