My buddy has a Remington 710 and when he goes to reload the bolt hits the mag, is there anyway to fix this or tighten up the bolt? Or should he grind down the back of the mag? I don't know much about the 710 just trying to help him out, any information will be helpful. Thank you for your time

Replace the mag. Betcha it's damaged.
