This Kit and scope are all sold, had a few guys asking if I still had this. Hello gents, I purchased this mk13 deployment kit a few years ago with the intention to build a mk13 mod 5 clone. After a few years and few more kids I realized this clone dream is not going to happen. I checked prices and seems the kits are going for 7-10k and completed guns in the 20-30k range. I was planning on putting the kit up for 8k is that a good price or am I low or high? Just want to see what the tribes thoughts are? I am struggling to sell this kit and if I can get the right price I will do it otherwise I might keep it. I am not much of a bolt gun guy so I am weighing my heart in if I should sell this. Where did you see MK13 Mod 5 sell for $20-30K? With the S&B and KAC suppressor maybe, but those 2 parts alone would sell for $15K. The next 2 weeks are peak tax refund gun money time. Put the kit on gunbroker at a penny auction and you'll do well, but your estimates are pretty high. I'd expect it to sell around $5-6K without a barrel or receiver. |

| Perfect that is what I was kinda thinking, and you are correct that was the complete rifles. I have the correct S&B scope for it, but I am not ready to give up that scope yet. Those prices were all on gunbroker and also a company who does complete rifles. I hate using gunbroker as a guide because the prices on there are always crazy and you don’t know if anyone is buying at that price. Thank you for the advice on possible price for the kit. |

| The scope I purchased long before the case. I purchased it with my LaRue OBR years ago and they have been together since then. I didn’t realize it was a match for this build and cloning. I purchased this honestly just to get a AI thumb hole stock for my 300prc. When I set it all up and was about to spray camouflage it for the upcoming elk season my good friend stop me. I didn’t realize how collectible these are and realized I can not do what I wanted to do with this rifle. Sadly I need a rifle I can take into the mountains and rough up and doing that to a piece of history is not a good call. I will see what my options are and get it posted up for sale so someone can clone it out and enjoy it. |
| Thank you, this is what I am going to do, I am not on any social media platforms but I will try snipers hide, I am assuming you need a membership like Arfcom. I will look into it, thanks for the advice I would love to build it out but my oldest two sons just hit the age to hunt in Wyoming. Figured It is more important to freshen up our gear and get them set up. Thanks all for help. |

Put a minimum price, and if it doesn't sell, move on to the more specialized exchanges. |

I still think it's crazy, but someone already offered $8k for the scope and mount alone. Cloners are an odd bunch. |
