I ordered a cadex core tactical chassis from Buckeye Tactical a few months back for a Savage 110 in 338 LM. I got one hell of a good price and they were great to deal with. The chassis only took about 1 month to ship, which didn't really bother me, especially because Iwas out of state for an extended amount of time. Fast forward to December. I finally got home after THE WORST TRAVEL DAY OF MY LIFE (stuck in O'Hare for over 10hrs). Once i got settled in a went to put the chassis together, and just my luck I cant get the thing to fit. Contacted Buckeye Tactical,who were again very helpful. I had torqued everything down, which i shouldnt have done (gimme a break, i was like a kid on Xmas). I loosened everything and still it wouldntcome together. Another call to Buckeye Tactical, and they said they would do some research and get back to me. Well later that day Darryl Miller (military sales manager of cadex us) called me. Well holy crap talk about AWESOME customer service. Darryl was great to work with. After a few questions, emails, and pics, he got some people with big brains working on my problem ( new chassis is being sent). Its so rare to hear about great customer service today, i just needed to share this story. I felt i owed it to them for their prompt, professional, and friendly service. I will definitely purchase from Cadex again. |
