Criterion or Shaw for AR10 barrel

I decided to barrel my AR10 in 6.5 Creedmoor. I want a heavy profile but not a bull barrel...looking to shoot uo to 1000 yds, maybe 1200. Between Shaw and Criterion, what would be a better choice?

Criterion, IMO. Have you considered White Oak?

I have a 18" Criterion in my Sabre-10 and it shoots really well. I shoot out to 1000K regularly.

Criterion Medium Match 20" (308 though) bought from Fulton Armory. They do have the Heavy Hybrid profile in 6.5, but 22"

Pretty happy with the accuracy bolted to an Aero Precision upper/lower. Normally shoot it in NRA competition at 600yds.
