looking into buying a decent 30' (or so) TT to park under a hard cover for summer/winter home in central Florida along the gulf. would probably only stay 2 weeks max. at a time. would switch A/C to mini split, install residential reefer (that fits), anchor it down good and what else? would be parked next to stick house, so run black & grey water lines w/PVC pipe to house sewer and probably replumb an on demand water heater. not sure yet about permitting, so that's later. just looking into how to plan this. anyone ever done this? what else should i consider? ETA- may just leave it on propane for the stove only. |
