Been remiss on keeping waterers clean. Went out to do that today.  Dipped the water out, wiped it out with a couple clean cloths, Turned water back on and verified it shut off when full. Took about 5 minutes.

We switched to chicken nipples on a 5 gallon bucket hung from a chain. Wouldn't be much work to add a little fill valve to the set up. They have a knack for destroying any water source that isn't sealed lol Also you can make a cone to slide on the chain to keep the retards from trying to roost on the bucket |
