| ADC/ReliableRX aren't currently shipping to the US. The fish and bird antibiotics are gone or as good as gone. Safegenericpharmacy, I've never ordered from and the are much higher, doesn't say they are not shipping to the US but they are in India too. What's left? |

Advanced prescribers. 1. Jase 2. Contingency Medical 3. The Wellness Company (Duration Health used to be one, but they've closed) The process is silly easy 1. Answer a medical history questionnaire (formality, to cover their butts) 2. Get a legitimate prescription for a variety of antibiotics, chronic meds, and other optional addons 3. Get your meds No subscription required. My understanding is that by regulation advanced prescribed meds will have a 1 year expiration date even if they're good for far longer (see DOD SLEP) Duration health used to require a telehealth appointment but as far as I know the others do not. |

SGP is GTG but I don't know if they're shipping to the US either, but they do have substantially more of a US presence than ADC does, so it's possible. They sometimes ship from US pharmacies FWIW, which I think is why they were a little more expensive than ADC. I'd suggest asking them. ADC said in their shipping notice it was mostly about not knowing how to process the tariff, so I think it's mostly a payment thing. The cost savings going with the non-US suppliers (legit prescription or not) is substantial, even with tariffs. Rifaximin is used to treat intestinal infections, a standard course is 42 pills (3x day for two weeks), the cost was $33 per course in April from SGP. The same meds in the US cost more than $2,500. |

| I dropped a good amount of cash with Duration last year and was pretty pissed to see they had gone out of business, since I’ve used some of the meds and part of their pitch was they would replace used meds. Oh well. Like someone else said, the expiration date is comes up shortly on these meds. Do pills last a good long time? |

We have taken antibiotics 8-10 years "out of date" that have still knocked out infections. Used some muscle relaxants I got from my mom before she died and 7 years later they still worked also. |

I have a Reliable RX order that's in my mailbox now. I found out with this order that Reliable RX and ADC are for sure the same company, why they have two web sites, different pricing and shipping who knows. Just run your order up on both and use the one that's cheapest. It also took almost a month to get, ordered 11/30 and got 12/27. They also may have figured out a dodge on the tariffs. Tj Story Time: "She almost died." I've always had a great relationship with our doctor so I didn't give this topic as much thought as I should have, but that all changed. It's amazing how fast an infection can lay one low. My wife goes for a routine colonoscopy on a Wednesday. The doctor tells her she removed some pollops , she has diverticulitis, but didn't give her antibiotics. I even commented "No antibiotics?" Friday she's down and out. My doctor is not in office on Fridays so its call an ambulance and rush her to the ER. Friday night the ER is packed so its hours of waiting. By the time they get around to her, my wife's WBC count in 38,000. I'd never even heard of one that high. She was in the beginning phases of sepsis which not only can be fatal but often is. They put her on a IV of Cipro. What had happened is the infection from the diverticulitis spread to the open wounds from the pollup removal directly into her blood stream. I ordered the Wellness antibiotic first aid kit. I got it on sale for $270. A consultation is required in my state so I get a call from a PA. All that call involved was allergic reactions and got the kit two days later. Normally one would believe and most often it is true that with an infection you have time but that was not the case. Mr. Murphy plays a role in this stuff like it does all survival topics. It was the worse timing possible, weekend and my wife almost died for the lack of a simple antibiotic. By the time it was call the ambulance an oral antibiotic may not have helped but on that Thursday a course of even ampicillin would have saved the entire experience. At the very least, it could have bought precious minutes when minutes counted and the timing sucked. Tj |

| Just ordered the standard kit from Jase Medical. I should be able to use my HSA to get reimbursed. Not sure why my card wasn’t accepted on their end. But I did just have an issue when I tried to buy Metamucil the other week too. Got that reimbursed without issue, so hoping for the same with the Jase Medical order. |
