Camped at Roaring Brook. Hiked up Helon Taylor to Pamola peak, across Knife edge to Katahdin then down Saddle Trail and finally Chimney Pond trail back. Took 14 hours to do it. My ass has been thoroughly kicked. Attached File Not me in the picture but that is Knife Edge. .9 miles long and took me 2 hours, 45 minutes to cross it. Furthest high point on the ridge is Pamola. Attached File Again not me but some rando climbing down Chimney Notch. Had to go through, there was no turning back. |
