My son wanted to go hit that creek by our house again. It is pretty hot here in middle Tennessee, so we decided to get an early start. No, the fish aren’t huge in this creek, but it’s close and they’re pretty damn fun on ultralight gear. We got into quite a few panfish, even had a quite a few smallmouth come to hand. Overall we had a great day and made it back home for lunch before it got too hot.
