I grew up fishing around Savannah & i have never seen anything like that before

the mouth is wierd I just don't know what it is. I f i had to guess I'd say black dum but the mouth is wrong

That's a hog of a black drum. I helped weigh and took the picture of the 16lb line class world record black drum back around 2000. The one in the pic looks similar in size.
