Have a few Americans and the rotary mag shot the bed.   No hassle replacement came today.   Upgraded to box style.  

They have been good rifles for what I paid and are my go to in the woods.    6.5 308 22-25 450 bm .   May pick up a .223 next.

As a third generation FFL, I can say also that everytime I've dealt with Rugers Customer Service they are over the top considerate and accommodating to get you back in buisness.

Same here. Ruger Mark IV Target barrel was overtimed and was causing it to FTE. Contacted Ruger, she sent a FedEx shipping label emailed in an hour. Returned the pistol. Day after they received it, they evaluated it, said it couldn’t be repaired, so, they sent a brand new pistol to my FFL. Great customer service.

Had an issue with an RPR and was amazed at the attentiveness of the first-tier support person all the way through the RMA process.
