My 2014 Keystone 12v lights were the 18W incandescent type. With 3-4 lights on, I could hear the cooling fan on the converter running. Knowing that heat is an enemy to electrical components, I changed all of the incandescent bulbs to LEDs. I have yet to hear the fan running, regardless of the number of lights turned on. Will it increase converter life? Only time will tell. |
