Shot it 3 times with the garand in self defense The 7 pigs were out of a group of 25 or so. The third big pig didn't make the group picture because he went down a hill into some real thick stuff and I didn't want to drag him out uphill. I shot the 3 big pigs and took about a 100 yard shot at a piglet. Apparently another piglet was close enough that I got two in one shot. I only brought the one clip in the gun and there was still pigs running around so I got my Glock 19 and started chasing them. I was only fast enough to catch up with two piglets and shot them with the glock |

This will be a placeholder for the crazy text I just got from my wife. She busted the Hampshire boar as it had its head down in a bait hole and dropped him with one shot from 75 yds. She was pretty excitable as this is her first hog that she's got all by herself. I'm pretty fired up. Attached File Attached File |

Redemption is sweet! Finally got two out of three of the remaining orphans. That red pig I was beginning to think was bullet proof! I missed him so many times it was getting pathetic. But he's always been at a good distance and running. I finally caught them out in a 160 acre pasture in tall ragweeds. The little black one headed towards Arkansas but didn't make it to far. One orphan left. He will probably be a nightmare to kill. |
