I use my lighter many times per day. Going on at least 4 years of daily use. Simple zippo single flame insert. OEM "limiter" plastic device removed (see YT vids) to allow greater flame adjustment. Most folks may not need to do this. "Heavy" Zorro brand outer case, which is thicker than OEM Zippo cases. Zorro case requires some strips of common transparent tape to be applied to inside of the insert to "push" insert back properly to allow the slightly smaller insert to allow case latch to properly engage. Working well all these 4 years. Not knowing any better, asking for decent and affordable sources of suitable butane for similar lighters. |

I quit smoking some time ago and am currently looking for a general-purpose pocket flame device which will not permit fuel evap nor need batts to be replaced/recharged.
