Been doing some trolling recently. I love this reel! Daiwa SLD30II, Alan Tani handle. 80 pound Kastking braid (almost 1000 yards). I was pulling a Bomber CD30 white mullet lure, rigged with 2 ft of 100 lb single wire leader. I slipped a tennis ball on the rod to protect my junk during the fight. King was 36” fork length. Can you say smoked fish dip!?

Honestly, smoked King is one of my favorite fish dishes. Probably Top 3 with Pompano and Scamp Grouper. Nice one Kel!
