I remember a while back Jerry D. Young was selling discs on Ebay full of his survival fiction stories.  Doesn't seem to be available anymore.  Anyone know where I can find a copy?

Try looking on the survivalistboards.com forum. He used to be a very active poster there. There might be links to his stories and post.
