I was hunting for birds (birdies) and this little thing was laying in the middle of the fairway. I thought it was injured so I was prepared to put it out of its misery. Did a quick assessment and it seemed fine. Took it over to the edge of the woods and it trotted off until I couldn't see it anymore. Yeah, off topic but anyway…..  |

Lots of entities do studies on fawns yearly which includes touching them and the mother deer does not care. If anything it will help keep the predators away. So, he might have done it a favor. |
