I bought some bulk honey from azure.  Some of it crystallized.  I’m trying to make it liquid again.

I’ve had success putting the honey jar in warm water for a period of time. But this time it’s not working too well.

Keeping water temp in the 100-120 range.

Let it set on the stove for prob four hours last night and it only liquified maybe 10%.

Any suggestions?

Did you stir it?  Sometimes you need to do that for the more-stubborn crystals.  Really stubborn crystals might need more time at temperature, like overnight.

If it's raw honey, you want to keep the temperature in the water bath lower than 110 when heating to liquify back from crystallization.   if it's typical pasteurized store bought honey then the temperature is't as critical.

It’s azure brand.  Supposedly raw honey.

I didn’t stir.  I’ll try that.

Thanks

My recommendation is to use a food dehydrator if you have one.  You can set the temperature and walk away until done.  Another idea is to use a sous vide setup,  With glass jars I have also used a crock pot or even an electric roaster for larger numbers of jars.

You need to get hotter than 110.     Heat the water to 150F, and then turn off the heat or set very low before you add the honey bottles.  Use a candy thermometer  to check the water and control the burner if youo leave it on low.  If  you have plastic honey bottles keep them off the bottom of the pot, or the bottle will get bulged and won't sit nice.
I find fall vs spring honey behaves differently crystallizing.

I've always set jars in a car on a hot day. Just make sure you don't have it in a position where it could leak out. That would be bad.
