Anyone else have a field this year? My first time doing one. It’s small less than 2ac. Have it planted in millet and man did it come up good. Attached File |

| Deer will not let us plant sunflowers which is number one. We planted millet which is hit or miss, mostly miss. Our sesame hasn’t dried yet. Hopefully for the second season. Will probably mow the proso and buckwheat this week, but don’t have my hopes up. |

Dove hunting in Arizona is great but usually hot. I wish i had some property of my own to hunt on, but there is a lot of good spots to hunt. I got my 15 limit Saturday, and only collected 10 on Sunday but I also lost a bunch to thick brush I couldn’t get through. I’ve been trying out a Reddot on my 1301 lite tactical this year. I’m still on the fence. It’s an older pa micro dot I pulled off a rifle to put an acog on. And I had the aridus crom mount already I bought on clearance somewhere a while back. I need to practice a lot with it. But right now I don’t feel it helps much either making hits. A better optic with the circle and dot reticle would probably be a better solution on a bird gun.
