Conditions were pretty bad, but at least the band was quiet enough that I could hear everyone.

Seems like 20M was working pretty short for me given CO was loud and everyone else wasn't.

We had 4 stations + NC this week.

I couldn't hear anybody, so didn't bother trying. I'm heading to CO tomorrow and am bringing my FT-818 and a digirig. I need to set it up, but I'll be on vacation, so hopefully find the time.

I finally figured out that my radio was set up wrong. Somehow my FT 991A menu settings for SSB data offsets had reverted to the PSK defaults, which put my RF dial freq off by 1500 Hz. I wish it wouldn't do that.

Small net tonight, two stations + NC.

Prop was mixed, had a super strong signal to one station, but neither of the two stations could hear each other.

It's a bit early to switch to 40M but we should probably start checking it out soon.

Prop was a little weak but Olivia did its thing. Seemed to fade about 20 minutes after the net
started.

Four stations + NC this week, with a fifth heard prior to the net starting.

I'm getting only garbled characters from NC. PPO came in clean.

Possible reverse shift?

I think the band took a dump. First station was strong at first, then it tanked to nothing. TX station was 0, trying AZ now

If you were the first station, your signal went from great to nothing after I decoded about You Tube. I waited a bit to continue the net, trying not to step on your report.

I saw your report when you got back to 20m. But your subsequent warnings and preamble had no decode even though they had a strong signal on the WF.

When you came back from the 40m check you had a strong signal but I was copying gibberish. I set my receiver to LSB instead of USB, retuned the frequency a bit and I could decode you. So it seems like somehow switch your receiver from 40 to 20 got your side bands reversed.

Respectably sized net this week, 6 stations plus NC.

Band faded pretty hard from start to finish, we're probably getting close to having to go to 40M
even if prop there isn't good since 20M won't do very well in the late fall given our timing.
