Hey ya'll just wanted to share some pics from last years (2019) Bear hunt here in NC... This is not my bear but was on the hunt and was less than 25 yards away in thick brush when it was killed.. He was using a 454 Casull...
He shot it about 4 times... Bear is good meat... especially if prepared and handled correctly... |

Bear had his dog... he went to pull it off and it let go and grabbed him. The bear must have been almost dead because otherwise he would have been hating life!!!

@radioshooter It was a carbine..... funn thing is he is carrying a 45-70 this season....LOL We all carry rifles of some sort... I carry a 458 SOCOM Carbine... |
