I'm old and beat up  , and my blower and weedeater are old and hard to start. What's the best battery-operated pair that won't break the bank? Looking for the best run vs charge time. I'm not really brand particular, but my other tools are 18v Ryobi.

In general, higher voltage is better. Some folks need an Ego or a Milwaukee. Some folks are served just fine by a Ryobi. |

I'm happy with my Milwaukee. I get about equal parts use out of it as a weed whacker as I do as a pole-saw. With the pole saw head, I can cut down thorny bushes/trees without having to limb them first or risk getting my skin tore up. |
