I run SpyPoint and they are ok for me. You are going to get 100 different answers. My take on this - these are generally sub $100, electronic devices made in China that sit out in the elements 24/7/365. They are not lifetime devices. If I get a few years out of a camera I think I'm doing good. They are consumables and will eventually break and need replaced. Definitely invest in solar whatever you buy. |

We ran Moultrie Edge 1 and 2 this year,12 of them.One crapped out and moultrie replaced it. They were out from late May 'til end of January,found that rechargable and solar was the way to go,lots of AA batteries were used otherwise. App is easy to learn and operate,they connect to any cell system available,cost was not too bad with multiples. Range with IR was ok as was the regular,always would like more of course!! Their AI stuff was good and ability to request better pics/videos on stuff you where reviewing helped a lot, We (grandson and I) also had couple of Tacticams and Covert ,but over all liked the Moultrie the best |
