| has anyone tucked a can inside a MFR XL hand guard? my cans are 1.5", the inside diameter of the hand guard is 1.6" and only leaves .050" of clearance, which doesn't seem like much. i'm thinking of a 12.5 barrel, and a sico saker tucked inside a 15" MFR XL. |
| 1.5" OD is the largest you can tuck under the MFR XL. Most suppressors with QD Mounts such as the SilencerCo Saker will prove to be problematic. Once the can is on, you're not taking it off without removing the handguards. Also, if you choose the MFR XL in M-LOK, anywhere the can is under the handguard will not be unusable space for standard M-LOK Accessories. The screws will impact the suppressor. |
