rail loose and moves back and forth

i have MI COMBAT RAIL LIGHTWEIGHT SERIES HANDGUARD, M-LOK(TM) COMPATIBLE - 10.5"

no matter what i do, the rail slides forward 1mm, there is no rotation, just sliding back and forth under pressure such as grabbing the rifle by the rail straight up
anyone know what's going on?
nice rail, but as of now it's completely useless to me

For anyone else who sees this thread, the issue the OP had was he ran the socket head cap screws in from the wrong side.
If you put them in through the counter bore side and then into the helicoil it will tighten right up.
Glad the OP was able to get his guns fixed up.
