I was looking to get a first spear belt but had a question  about size.  I have  a36" waist and wear large regular pants from tru spec.  I was wandering what size to get of this belt.  Thanks.

Confirm your size by measuring around your waist.
You are in-between sizes,  so if a 36" I would go with the large size.
