Website is "up" for me.  But... it's not letting me place an order for anything.

Originally, any time I tried to go to the screen to input my payment info, the site would give an error about "merchant" not logged in or something like that.

Created an account (thought I already had one but apparently not) and tried again.  Was able to make it all the way to the end of the order.  When I'd click on the button to submit the order with payment, it would take me back to the home page with no confirmation of the order and with all of the items still in my cart.

Sent a message to BAD via the website on Thursday.  Still had no response as of now.  Not sure if the message even made it out though due to the website issues.

Sorry about the issues, we ran into an issue with some settings.  The website is up and running, If you run into any more issues email me directly at [email protected]  and i will personally help you.

I saw your post and your e-mail to me within minutes of you posting / sending.

Tried placing my order again.  I got all the way through to the checkout process, input my credit card info then clicked on "Pay Now".  The page "thought" for a second and then just took me back to http://www.battlearmsdevelopment.com/shop with no order confirmation and all of my items were still in the shopping cart.

E-mailed you back immediately with what happened.  Then this morning around 1am, got an e-mail indicating that my e-mail response to you was "Delivery Incomplete" and "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email protected].  Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently."  So, it looks like e-mails to BAD aren't getting through either?

I've had no problems placing orders with other companies this weekend and no problems sending or receiving e-mail so I don't think it's on my end here.

Are you still having problems or is it resolved?  We are still ironing out a few bugs after the transition.

No, never got it working and my e-mail back to Keebler was eventually marked as "undeliverable".  Wound up ordering the parts I needed through other sources.  I'll try the BAD website again some other time when I need parts and hopefully things will be fixed by then.
