BLUF: its frustratingly difficult to get through to your frontline CS, who seem to have limited access to really resolve anything.

Talked a family member into taking the NFA and assured the SS was pretty easy. Unfortunately they ran into issues with and the dealer washed thier hands and told the family member to figure it out with SilencerShop, refused to communicate any further. It took 4 days to finally get in contact with a person at Silencer Shop and another day to actually connect with someone capable of handling the issue.

Was an absolutely crappy first experience for a new customer.

*Edited to update*
Once SS actually got engaged and made contact with the dealer, situation got resolved pretty quick. Credit where credit is due.

I will 100% agree that SS customer service is quite lackluster.  Never again SS, never again.

Not a new customer and not a first time user. Beginning to agree. Decided to try them for a Form 1 since I moved and new sheriff isn’t as helpful with paper prints as previous one. SS had my prints already.

Now on week 2 of waiting for their review update.

Yeah, add me to the "They Suck" category. Been on hold for a half hour in an attempt to fix an issue I was assured was fixed 5 weeks ago. An issue they caused. I will go out of my way to use anybody but them next time I buy a suppressor. This is silly.

Concur.  Totally understand slow processing and waiting, but the hang ups, lack of call backs, and straight up ignoring emails for weeks is a tough break.  I have not been able to get a hold of anyone since 28JAN26.  Funny thing is, before they had my money they had some decent CS.
