Ampoint patrol / pro's appear to be sold out most everywhere.  Is this a supply chain thing, are ukrain bros buying them all, or are they just not the hotness any more?  What is the deal?

My wife ordered me an Aimpoint Pro directly from Aimpoint on Black Friday.  Opened up the sealed box from Aimpoint this morning (she wrapped the box & never opened it)and it’s full of accessories.  No Pro!  Website says they are out of stock on Pro’s now.

Hopefully, they keep a few set back for customer service.

I ordered two PROs from DSG Arms. I didn't see they were backordered until it was too late. How long am I going to have to wait?

I asked this same question.

One reply I got was it was going to be replaced by a "PRO II" that runs of an AA battery.

No time frame was given.
