I tend to browse myself to sleep and on about 3-4 occasions I have noticed that your website goes down every night at midnight for atleast a few minutes. I get a screen that has a logo for "Magento" with the error message "There has been an error processing your request".
Is this normal? |
| It is-- it's when we do any backups and deal with maintenance issues to make sure there's no down time during the day. It shouldn't be down for more than a few minutes though. |
